About Me.

Hello, I’m Sandra Namio.

I am an instructional designer with experience spanning corporate, government, healthcare, and education environments. My work focuses on designing practical, performance-based learning that helps people adopt new systems, navigate change, and apply knowledge confidently in real-world settings.

With a background in healthcare and education, I bring a strong understanding of regulated environments, diverse learner needs, and the importance of clarity, accessibility, and usability in learning design. I partner closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate complex processes into structured, engaging training solutions.

I approach instructional design with a focus on how people actually learn and work—prioritizing hands-on practice, clear guidance, and learning that supports performance across live, virtual, and self-paced environments.
