This microlearning module was designed to introduce employees to key artificial intelligence concepts and their practical application in the workplace. The lesson explores how AI supports workflow tasks such as analyzing data, generating content, and improving communication, while reinforcing the importance of responsible AI use.

Interactive elements include: flash cards, a sorting activity, a workflow interaction, and scenario-based knowledge checks, were incorporated to promote engagement and reinforce learning in a concise, workplace-focused format.
